The most beautiful day!!!

The whole month of June has been gray and rainy, but last Saturday was gorgeous! Here is a picture of the Puget sound to prove it!

Emma's Daisy Troop had a mother daughter overnighter in Port Townsend. Emma, Nolan and I went just for the day. We took the ferry across and then stopped to eat a picnic lunch in Port Gamble. Then we headed to Port Townsend and spent the day at the beach and Marine Center. Some highlights were feeding the sea creatures, looking at all the cool sea life, seeing an otter, playing in the sand, and catching baby jelly fish in the ocean. We all ate dinner together that evening and then went to a fun park. Port Townsend is a great place to spend the day and we totally lucked out with the weather.. it has been gloomy ever since.
