Thanks to my friend Mary I grew gourds in my garden this year. They are so cute and I love having them for decoration. My other friends Bo and Melanie let me have some of their very yummy carrots from their garden. Lily and Jayci took on the task of washing all the carrots and removing the stems. They had a great time.

The carrots! Did you eat them? I still need to go back and see if there are more. Bo said there were tons. Gourds...now that you put a picture, I know what you're talking about but in conversation I was like "what is she talking about???" :)
I need to do this in my back yard! So cool!
