What's new with Emma!!!

Emma is eight and in the third grade. Emma also got new glasses in November. She failed both eye tests and her music teacher called me to tell me she needs to go see the optometrist. The funny thing is that Ethan and Emma have the same exact vision only in opposite eyes. Emma loves her new look and is so excited that she can see so much better. The first day out with them was so funny. They both kept laughing and asking each other if they could read this or that.
Emma is very into reading. She finished the Harry Potter series and is now re-reading them. she loves anything non-fiction that has to do with animals. She really wants a dog and I am sure will blame me for the rest of her life that we do not have one yet. I feel bad but as much as we move I just can't take on the responsibility of a dog too.
Emma likes kickball too and we play a ton in our new large backyard. She also likes any sort of crafts and creations. She had an assignment to make a musical instrument and on her own came up with taking a bike pump and a funnel to make a trumpet. It turned out great
Emma likes wrestling and enjoys learning new moves. She also is in activity days with the church and loves when it is her night to go to that. Emma, along with Lily, is in TOPPs. She is on a double dutch team and is so happy she learned how to do it. She is a social creature and loves to have something to go and do.
